Sir,
I am directed to refer to this office letter of even number dated 18-3-92 and to say that a proposal was discussed in the meeting of the Postal Sports Board held at Ahmedabad on 27-8-92 for enhancement of grant to the circles for the purpose of organisation of Coaching Camps at Circle Level-vide item 10 of the minutes. The Chairman clarified in the meeting that due to over-all financial constraints, it may not be possible to provide additional funds to the circles for this purpose. It is for the circle to determine the duration of the camp not exceeding 14 days keeping in view the local conditions, need for intensive coaching depending on the standard of the team, availability of funds and other relevant factors. The circle sports Boards are requested to keep the caspects in mind while arranging coaching camps.
