Postal Rulings is a repository of orders, circulars, office memoranda and rulings issued by the Department of Posts and by the Government of India for its employees. It covers pay and the 7th CPC, allowances, leave, pension and NPS/UPS, Gramin Dak Sevaks, CGHS and medical reimbursement, travelling allowance and LTC, recruitment rules, and establishment matters. Each ruling gives the OM number, the date of issue, the date of effect, its status (active, superseded or repealed), a short summary and a link to the original document.
