On verifying the Service Book of Sri. B.Madhu Babu, SPM, it is noticed at the official was ajahmundry Division Memo No. BI/MACP-III/2015-16 dated 02.05.2016 granted MACP-Illw.c.f14.03.2016 rom GP 4200 to 4600 w.e.f 14.03.2016. But the VII CPC was introduced and came into effect from 01.01.2016 as the official eventually comes under VII CPC revision thereof, but the official pay was not revised from pre- revised pay scale (6th CPC). Further, the revision under 7th CPC was done we.f 01.07.2016 after accruing annual and promotional increment effected in pre-revised pay scale which is not in consonance vide MOF, DOE ID note No.03-10/2018-E.III.A dated 05.03.2020 endorsed by DOP (PA Wing) vide Letter No. 50-24/2013-PA (PEA)/D-526 dated 09.06.2020.
Hence the pay fixation of the official under MACP scheme v.e.f14.03.2016 is to be done after revision pay in 7th CPC scale by entering ither from date promotion/financial up gradation or from 01.01.2016 but pt from 01.07.2016. Therefore pay of the official is to be regularized and cess paid pay and allowances of Rs. 80,409/- (Rupees Eight Thousand ur Hundred and Nine Only) from 01.01.2016 to till date as per the due- wn calculation sheet enclosed in Annexure XII may be recovered by
