OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Revision of rates of Dearness Allowance to the employees, who are continuing to draw their pay in the pay scale as per sth Central Pay Comm ission.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department's O.M. No. 1/4(iii)/2025-E.ll(B) dated 6rh October, 2025 on the subject mentioned above and to say that the rate of Dearness Allowance (DA) in respect of employees, who are continuing to draw their pay in the pre revised pay scale as per 5rh Central Pay Commissron, shall be enhanced from the existing rale of 47 4oh to 483% of Basic Pay w.e.f. 1't January, 2026.
2. The provisions contarned in paras 3.4 and 5 of lhis Ministry's O. M.No.1(13)/97-E.ll(B) dated 3'd October. 1997 shall continue to be applicable while regulating Dearness Allowance under these orders.
3. The contents of this Office fti]emorandum may also be brought to the notice of all organisations under the adminrstrative control of the M inistries/Depa(ments which have adopted the Central Government scales of pay.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department's O M. No. lla(112025-E.ll(B) dated 6rh October, 2025 on the subject mentioned above and to say that the rate of Dearness Allowance (DA) in respect of employees, who are continuing to draw lheir pay in the pre revised pay scale/Grade Pay as per 6th Central Pay Commission, shall be enhanced from the existrng rate of 257% to 262% of Basic Pay w.e.f. 01"t January,2026.
2. The provisions contarned in paras 3, 4 and 5 of this Ministry's O.M.No.1 (3)/2008- E.ll(B) dated 29 'August, 2008 shall continue to be applicable while regulating Dearness Allovysl'16" Lrnder these orders.
