Subject: Seeking clarification on admissibility of daily allowance to AAOS who have attended Induction Training held at NCA-F.
I am directed to refer to your office Letter No. EST/7th CPC/Dlgs/2017 dated 16.06.2026 on the subject cited above.

In this regard, it is informed that the requisite clarification/instructions regarding the admissibility of the allowances have already been issued in the circular from NCA-F dated 30.08.2024 vide para no.3 enclosed herewith for ready reference.
3. It is, therefore, requested that the matter may kindly be regulated in accordance with the instructions contained in the aforesaid NCA letter.

(ii) Sh. Abhishek Kumar Pandey (sl. no. 25) has availed 03 days EL w/o MC from 10.07.2024 to 12.07.2024. His leave was sanctioned by 0% CCA UP (East) prior to the commencement of training.
(iii) Ms. Divija C (sl. no. 02) has availed 02 days EL w/o MC from 18.07.2024 to 19.07.2024
and 03 days EL w/o MC from 31.07.2024 to 02.08.2024.

3. These trainees were provided with accommodation, food and transportation by NCA(F), NICF Campus (except to and fro from their concerned units, to NCA(F)) during the entire training and hence no bills for this purpose shall be reimbursed to these trainees.
